Offered for sale is “Changing Mood – Penelope #1″ from the Deja Vu Collection. “Changing Mood” is a 16 jointed doll produced by the Robert Tonner Doll Company. She has painted blue eyes, applied lashes, and two wigs: a long golden blonde and a long medium brown with bangs. She wears a white lace two piece teddy and white sandals. Changing Mood – Penelope #1 has, in addition to her two wigs, three alternate pairs of hands (see photos). Included is an instruction sheet explaining how to change her hands and to remove them for ease of dressing and redressing. Is brand new in her original packaging.
