This item is a Dollshe Craft Grant Phillippe fashion-sized ball jointed doll. I bought him in 2018 and was not the first owner. I believe the resin is Oriental, and maybe the more translucent type. The body is the L4 type, I think, and it seems to require more hands for posing than I have. The sleeping head, cord and silicone dots are included. I took Grant out of the box a few times.
