Tonner Tyler Wentworth Bordeaux Boudoir Bed for Tyler, Gene, Sybarites Kingdom Doll and Bebe Jumeau Bebe etc. This beautiful French’rococo style’ bed was from the 2004 Bordeaux Boudoir line by Robert Tonner. The bed is in a mahogany finish board and the headboard and footboard have’carved and gilded’ scrollwork. It includes a mattress with a cream fitted sheet, matching top sheet, bed skirt/valance in gold’silk taffeta’, a quilt in velvet brocade, damask and shantung, a matching long bolster and 8 assorted pillows/cushions. The bed is made of composition wood, stained and painted and measures 28.5 cm (19 inches) long and 30.5cm (12 inches) wide. It is in good condition as when I bought it I did not realise just how big it was and when I assembled it I realised that sadly, it did not fit into my display cabinet. I disassembled it and packed it away so it has never been on display. When I got it out to photograph I did notice that there were a few marks on the back of the headboard and footboard and also a stain on the back of the fitted sheet but it must have come from the factory like this. It really is a spectacular bed and will look great with any 16/17 fashion doll and even your French Bebes/German antique dolls (the Jumeau shown is a Size 4). This is what is included.
