Tonner Tyler Wentworth 1/4 Ready to Wear Saucy Tyler Redhead 16 Doll SIGNED

This is Tonner’s 16″ Tyler Wentworth doll, the flagship 16″ doll which ran until Tonner closed in 2018. Tonner was known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. Tyler and her cohorts set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. She uses the same body as Sydney, Suzette, Mei Li, Esme et al. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Ready to Wear Saucy” Tyler doll, released in 2003. It features her in a pink satin bodysuit with fishnet stockings and matching strappy heels. The doll’s hair is neat and tidy. The packaging has some scuffs and minor wear. Paper elements may have some discoloration. Some artificial materials, adhesives or elastics might have degraded over time but were not tested.

This wonderful repaint has eyebrow and lower lip piercings, as well as a jewel in her belly button. Her face paint is beautiful. She has long black hair, light skin and is signed by the artist (cannot tell the name exactly). She comes with two outfits, shoes that are showing signs of wear, earrings, necklace, belt and bracelet. She will be a delightful addition to your collection.

This is Tonner’s 16″ Mei Li doll, part of the Tyler Wentworth series, the flagship 16″/40cm/1/4 doll which ran until Tonner closed in 2018. Tonner was known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. Tyler and her cohorts set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. The Tyler series included other characters such as Mei, Sydney and Esme, and they all share the same body. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Embassy Dinner” Mei Li doll, released in 2002 as a limited edition of 2000 pieces. It features Mei Li in a brilliant green and gold brocade peekaboo back dress accessorized with a rhinestone studded belt, beaded necklace, and simple black shoes. She has a very stylish and timeless straight black bob and an elegant face makeup suitable for any occasion.

She set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Millennium Ball” doll, released in 1999 as a limited edition of 3000 pieces. It features Tyler in a silver gown, with matching strappy high heels, beaded necklace, and a prop champagne bottle and two glasses to share to ring in the new year. All pictures are of the actual item that you will be receiving, even the ones with her out of her box. She’s a very photogenic doll and I had fun taking pictures of her before I put her away.

She is stunning and a vision to behold. She was in brief display in a glass case. She is in great condition except her shoes that shows some wear. She comes with stunning fur accessories and amazingly detailed bodice with bead and sequin work from front to back. This doll is signed by the renowned doll artist Robert Tonner. This is Tonner’s 16″ Tyler Wentworth doll, the flagship 16″ doll which ran until Tonner closed in 2018. Tonner was known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. She set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Party of the Season” doll, released in 1999 as a limited edition of 2500 pieces. It features Tyler in a striped spring green formal ensemble with gold lace overlay and trim. It’s accessorized by a rhinestone brooch and necklace, and strappy gold heels. I don’t believe she has ever been displayed. The doll’s hair is well styled and her clothing shows no signs of fading or damage. All pieces appear to be present. The box has some cosmetic damage to the surface from storage but is otherwise sturdy and in decent shape. Paper elements may have some discoloration. Some artificial materials or elastics might have degraded over time but were not tested.
