This is Tonner’s 16″ Tyler Wentworth doll, the flagship 16″ doll which ran until Tonner closed in 2018. Tonner was known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. She set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Party of the Season” doll, released in 1999 as a limited edition of 2500 pieces. It features Tyler in a striped spring green formal ensemble with gold lace overlay and trim. It’s accessorized by a rhinestone brooch and necklace, and strappy gold heels. I don’t believe she has ever been displayed. The doll’s hair is well styled and her clothing shows no signs of fading or damage. All pieces appear to be present. The box has some cosmetic damage to the surface from storage but is otherwise sturdy and in decent shape. Paper elements may have some discoloration. Some artificial materials or elastics might have degraded over time but were not tested.

Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Signature Style” doll, released in 1999. It features Tyler in a simple white collared shirt (with leotard bottom) and a knee length black skirt. It’s accessorized by a faux leather belt, black heels and sunglasses. The doll’s hair is tidy and her clothing shows no signs of fading or damage. All pieces appear to be present. The box has some cosmetic damage to the surface from storage but is otherwise sturdy and in decent shape. Paper elements may have some discoloration. Some artificial materials or elastics might have degraded over time but were not tested. The doll was not undressed and may have imperfections underneath the clothes.

This is Tonner’s 16″ Sydney Chase doll, part of the Tyler Wentworth series, the flagship 16″ doll which ran until Tonner closed in 2018. Tonner was known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. Tyler and her cohorts set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. She uses the same body as Tyler, Suzette, Mei Li, Esme et al. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Ready to Wear” Sydney doll, TW0205, released in 2002. It features her in a baby blue lace lingerie body suit with fishnet stockings and matching strappy heels. The doll’s hair is neat and tidy. The packaging has some scuffs and minor wear. Paper elements may have some discoloration. Some artificial materials, adhesives or elastics might have degraded over time but were not tested.

Colors are bright and crisp and the shawl is lined green and is embroiled with pearl accents to match the gown. Included in this set. Gown has no rips or fades, bright and crisp in color. Shawl has no rips or fades, bright and crisp in color. Original box and shipper. Tyler’s necklace is inside original wrap attached to the inside of the box. Tylers hair is perfect and not flats styled in an curl updo with little bows scattered within her hair design. Her pearl earrings are made to come in her ears and her ears have no green. She has beautiful blue eyes and red lips. Signed by Robert Tonner. Mint with the exception of the tissue paper in the box that has a rip and some creases. I also see some faint scratches on the bottom of the stand base. If I state, the item is brand new- This means never removed from the box unless specified in my description.

This is Esme in the “Urban Sport” outfit, released in 2002 as a limited edition of 500 pieces. It features Esme in a silver down winter coat and vest, with white boots, top and leggings. She’s a very photogenic doll and I had fun taking pictures of her before I put her away.
