West End Opening Tyler is a doll from the Tyler Wentworth line. The doll was produced by Tonner in 2006. The doll was exclusive to London Fashion Doll Festival LE 100. She is a beautiful doll! The doll features Tyler Wentworth head, Tyler AR/BW body, Pale skintone. The doll has painted eyes, rooted hair, articulated at the elbow and wrist arms, articulated at the knee legs, high heel feet.
